Touchline Video strives to provide the highest quality products and services available. If we fall short in any of these areas, please let us know and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. Below there is a bit of basic information regarding the different packages available from this event. Obviously, only the info about your ordered package will apply to you. You will also receive an email with instructions once the game videos are processed and available to view.
Individual Video Packages
Approx. 7-10 days after the event, you will receive an email from us with a link that will allow you to access your purchased videos. If your order included a Highlight Video, instructions on how to begin the editing process will be included.
Team Video Packages
Team Managers – After the event, when the game videos have been processed and are ready to be distributed, we will send you a “Master” link to the game videos that your team ordered. It will be your responsibility to forward these links to each member of your team who chose to participate in the Team Package for this event. Once you forward this link to your players, they will have unlimited access to the game files. If your order included a Highlight Video, instructions on how to begin the editing process will be included.
